Today I start eating healthier. If I can do it just 80-90% of the time, I’ll already be doing my body a HUGE favour.
I have gone back on to Weight Watchers, for now. It seems to work for me. I have almost 50kgs to lose, however I’m breaking it up and will concentrate on 18-20kgs for the year or just over a year.
